Q: Do you sell prescription medicines?
Prescription medicines are not sold at our website. Our products listed under Personal Healthcare & OTC Categories are only Personal Healthcare and OTC Products (Over The Counter), sold without the need of prescription
Q: Do you provide equipment onsite installations and technical services?
We are an online portal, products sold at J MED are mostly plug-and-play, however, buyers need to arrange with their local technical service agents in case they need such services
Q: Which areas J MED delivers?
Deliveries will be available in the UAE by our third-party carrier service providers and our products suppliers
Q: Can my order be delivered internationally?
Currently, we serve the UAE domestic market and we do not ship our products internationally, however, we do have the plans to expand our services to the ME region in the near future
Q: What are the delivery timeslots?
The following timeslots are available for delivery to all Emirates in the UAE:

Delivery timeslots are indicative only, subject to product availability and may not be applicable for some “sale” or “special offer” products. We are not liable for any delay in delivery due to unforeseen reasons beyond our reasonable control
Q: Who can accept the delivery?
You will be asked to sign for acceptance of the products which will confirm that the products are correct and have been received in good condition. If you are not at the delivery address, we will assume that any adults that are present at the delivery address are authorized by you to take delivery of the products that you have ordered.
Q: Will I need an ID to accept delivery?
For orders with payments made online, the recipient needs to present valid UAE ID to receive the order
Q: What will happen if I missed the delivery?
If there is no one at the delivery address, we shall leave/send you a notification and delivery can be rescheduled for timings or location by contacting us at email@example.com (additional delivery/shipping charges might apply)
Q: Will I receive my products altogether?
While we aim to ship all products in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, suppliers’ conditions, shipments volume, and product availability. We shall contact/inform you if there is a partial delivery
Q: How much is the shipping cost?
Free shipping applies for orders above AED 200 (Shipping Fee might vary with the location and availability of the courier, especially in the outskirt of the city in UAE). There is a shipping charges for orders below 200 AED, the basic charge is AED 20, however, charge might vary based on order volume and delivery location).
Q: Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, You may change the delivery address (24 hours before shipping of your order) by reaching us through our helpline and we will be happy to assist you.
Q: How do I make a purchase?
Browse our products across categories or using the search bar, go to the products that you like, add to cart then proceed to checkout. If you couldn’t find what you are looking for, you can contact us on our website contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to help you
Q: Is there a minimum order value?
AED 35 is the minimum order required for purchase

If you wish to add or remove products from your existing order, we recommend cancelling your order (if cancellation is still applicable). You may then create a new order or contact us to assist you in placing a new order.
